Smart Bricks describes a full-stack AI real-estate investment engine with three distinct jobs. Deal agents scan markets, surface opportunities, and initiate underwriting. Underwriting agents model more than 1,000 variables for an investment opportunity. Execution agents automate diligence, documentation, transaction coordination, and capital deployment. Portfolio agents monitor performance, macro shifts, and exit signals.

The buyer is a real-estate investment team deciding which parts of its process can be delegated. Start with one property record and make the handoff visible: which source records feed the variables, who reviews the underwriting, and what happens when a listing or valuation conflicts with the team’s own data. The public page also says the platform can use listing APIs, market-data providers, mortgage brokers, agents, and public real-estate databases; those inputs create a concrete provenance question.

Smart Bricks reports that it has tripled ROI for retail and institutional customers and describes a $5M pre-seed round led by a16z Speedrun.
