Jooba says it can run early recruiting work inside a team’s existing communication workflow rather than add another isolated hiring dashboard.

## What it does

The company homepage says Jooba embeds into teams, runs the entire top-of-funnel and works without leaving Slack. It also states that the company has partnered with more than 100 teams and is inviting people to join a waitlist; those are company statements.

## Buyer and task

Teams that want help sourcing and moving candidates without adding another full recruiting stack.

## Workflow boundaries

The checked public pages do not provide pricing, candidate-quality metrics or an independent case study. The waitlist is a product-state signal, not proof of availability.

## What I would ask

Ask where Jooba stops and the internal hiring team starts, how candidate consent is handled, and what the team owns after the handoff.

## Why it fits

Jooba’s workflow is deliberately narrow: a team explains its priority roles, Jooba’s talent engineers run sourcing, outreach, scheduling and reporting, candidates arrive in Slack, and the team interviews the people it approves. The homepage says the service combines humans and AI agents and that it runs the top of funnel without requiring the hiring team to leave Slack. It also says Jooba has partnered with more than 100 teams and is inviting new teams to a waitlist; both are company statements.

That is a different choice from buying another recruiting dashboard. The value proposition is an embedded search service that owns the repetitive front half while the hiring team retains the interview and final decision. It could fit a small team with urgent roles and no appetite for operating a full sourcing motion. It is a poor fit if the company needs complete control of outreach, candidate consent, employer-brand language or a reusable internal recruiting system.

The evidence does not document pricing, candidate-quality measures or an independent case study. Before joining the waitlist or sharing a role, ask what data Jooba needs, how a candidate opts in, what the team receives after a search and how interview feedback changes the next sourcing pass.
