Why it fits

The useful distinction is that the workflow remains inspectable. Decisional can use an LLM for judgment, a deterministic step for a known path, and a human approval for a risky action. If a run fails, the system says it can diagnose, patch, retry, or request missing input. That is closer to an operations system than a prompt playground.

The pricing makes capacity a real design choice: Growth includes four agents and 75,000 credits, while Scale includes ten agents and 200,000 credits (Decisional pricing). A buyer should resolve permissions, secret handling, retry loops, data residency, versioning, human approvals, and how a self-healed workflow is reviewed before it runs again. The homepage's automation and savings claims are company statements; no workflow test was performed.
