Bravi: sourced product expertise for home-improvement manufacturers
AI product and communication layer for complex catalogs, technical questions, configurations, quotes, and order information.
Published · Updated
Bravi is an AI operating system for manufacturers and installers of complex home-improvement products. The buyer decision is whether product knowledge, configuration rules, pricing, and customer communication should be available to a field rep in the moment instead of trapped in catalogs, ERPs, PDFs, and technical support queues.
What it does
Bravi connects product documentation, catalogs, ERP, CRM, pricing systems, and past jobs so sales and field teams can answer technical questions, check compatibility, configure products, create quotes, and retrieve order information. The current site shows a mobile-first product expert handling dimensions, options, pricing, and manufacturing constraints (Bravi homepage; YC profile).
| Fact | What the public sources say |
|---|---|
| Buyer | Home-improvement manufacturers, installers, field sales, partners, and technical-support teams |
| Product | Sourced technical answers, configuration, quote generation, and order information |
| Data | Catalogs, ERP, CRM, documentation, internal procedures, and past jobs |
| Public traction claim | Bravi says it is live with 20+ manufacturers |
| Founders | Anas Bouassami and Pierre-Habté Nouvellon |
Why it fits
The product is valuable where a “simple” product is actually a bundle of dimensions, options, manufacturing limits, colors, motors, prices, and installation constraints. A rep can keep the customer conversation moving, while a support team spends less time answering the same question or rebuilding a quote after a wrong configuration.
The public performance language is company-reported. A buyer should test real catalog edge cases, source citations, ERP and pricing sync, quote approval, regional rules, and what happens when documentation conflicts. Bravi advertises custom pricing and a scoped pilot rather than a public rate card. The company says its answers are validated with real cases; no independent accuracy test was performed.
Founder-market fit is unusually concrete. Bouassami grew up around a family shutter business and runs an online shutter company, while Nouvellon is an aerospace engineer who previously co-founded and exited Snipfeed (Bravi about page; YC company profile).
Short version: Bravi is a strong fit for a manufacturer whose technical support queue is slowing quotes and field work. Start with one product family and require source-linked configurations before expanding to every channel.
