Why it fits

The differentiator is treating an agent as a stateful, long-running process. Agents need to pause, resume, keep files, call tools, and preserve context without paying for an always-on machine. Blaxel combines those runtime concerns with network controls and MCP hosting, so the builder can keep an agent's environment and access policy close together.

The pricing model rewards bursty workloads: active compute is billed while sandboxes run, while suspended time is designed not to count as active CPU.
