Beglaubigt.de fits a founder who wants incorporation, notarization and ongoing legal administration in one European workflow—not someone looking for a generic US company-formation service.

## What it does

The company describes itself as a digital notary and legal back office. Its public site covers digital GmbH and UG incorporation, notarization, business addresses, bookkeeping, certified translation and document notarization. It lists incorporation from €99 and says the service is valid in more than 120 countries with an apostille. Those are company-stated terms, not an independent service audit. The more interesting product is the expansion beyond the first filing. The [YC profile](https://www.ycombinator.com/companies/beglaubigtde) describes a digital incorporation API and a broader stack for registered addresses, trade registrations, bookkeeping and legal back-office work. Its public launch material also describes a digital mailbox for business addresses in Hamburg, Berlin and Munich, with scanned mail, classification, routing and forwarding. ## Why I’d look closer

For a founder operating in Germany or nearby European markets, the advantage is continuity. Incorporation is not the only administrative cliff. The same company is trying to connect formation, official mail, registrations and bookkeeping into the back office that follows.

That scope also explains the buyer boundary. Beglaubigt.de is not merely software. The company says incorporation is coordinated with licensed notaries and authorities, and its [about page](https://beglaubigt.de/en-us/about) describes a digital service designed around German and European legal processes.

The founder context is unusually relevant to this wedge. The [YC profile](https://www.ycombinator.com/companies/beglaubigtde) describes Alexander Sporenberg’s previous work at Razor Group and Felix Gerlach’s co-founding and exit experience with Passbase. That does not prove service quality. It does explain why the product is aimed at operational friction around company formation rather than just form filling.

## What could make it the wrong choice

The geography is the first constraint. A founder needs to check the exact country, legal form, notary process and service scope before treating “Europe” as one market. The homepage gives starting prices, but not a complete public price matrix for every workflow. Processing times can vary by authority and case.

I would also ask what remains human-led, what gets stored, how corrections work, and what happens when a filing does not fit the standard path. A digital interface does not remove the underlying legal process.

## My editorial take

I would shortlist Beglaubigt.de for a founder forming or operating a German company who wants one administrative relationship after incorporation. I would not choose it from the homepage alone for an unusual cross-border case. The product’s useful distinction is not “incorporate online.” It is the attempt to turn formation, official mail and ongoing compliance into one reviewable back office.
