The buyer decision is whether an IPA, ACO, or practice group wants background workflows—quality gaps, risk adjustment, referrals, and outreach—run end to end without forcing clinicians into another portal.

Beacon's promise is to connect those actions inside the existing record, rather than create another dashboard someone must remember to open.

A buyer should resolve patient consent, clinical escalation, ordering authority, coding review, audit logs, EHR permissions, and the exact human sign-off on outreach or documentation.
