Atrios turns a trusted recommendation into a tracked referral path.

## What it does

The homepage shows a tastemaker sharing a referral link for a payroll, banking, insurance, accounting or ERP company. Atrios displays the reward attached to a meeting or signup, and its Zoom documentation says a booked meeting can create a Zoom link on the connected account and add it to the calendar invite. The support page describes the other side of the marketplace: companies pay for buying feedback while people get rewarded for sharing it.

The homepage metadata advertises earnings of $5k–$20k per month and the page shows individual meeting and signup amounts. Those are page claims, not an income distribution or a guarantee. The company also says more than 1,000 tastemakers are earning money, which belongs in the same category.

## Buyer and task

There are two sides here. A tastemaker wants to monetize recommendations already happening in their network. A startup wants warm introductions to people who may actually need its product. The product’s job is to preserve the link between the recommendation, the booked meeting and the reward without turning the recipient into a lead that nobody understands.

The Zoom integration is a useful detail because it makes the handoff concrete. A recommendation can become an invite with the meeting provider already attached. That still leaves the hard parts: duplicate referrals, low-quality introductions, reward disputes and whether the buyer can tell why a person was recommended.

## The first test

Run one referral program with a fixed set of offers. Define what counts as a qualified meeting, who owns the relationship after booking and what happens if two people claim the same introduction. Compare the recipient experience with and without the reward language. The point is not to maximize payouts; it is to see whether the incentive creates better introductions or merely more links.
